My wife and I stumbled upon this small tapas bar in Barcelona.
They don’t take reservations.
You can’t call ahead to book.
The twenty minute wait in line is part of the experience - having a drink and a chat and soaking up the vibe.
My favourite dish was the gamba al ajillo - shrimp in a delicious chili oil, served with some garlic bread.
Also: dessert!
